Accommodates 4 comfortably. It has a balcony with a view of the Isla Verde area, a swimming pool, 24 hour security, parking, a full kitchen, cable TV, a DVD player, Air conditioning and linens.

A $200 deposit is required to secure your reservation. Your deposit is returned at check-out minus a $65 cleaning fee.  Credit card payments accepted through Paypal, Online or via Phone. Please call us to see if one or both apartments are available on the dates you are interested in. 

Please Check-in no later than 9PM  and  Check-out by 1PM  If this is not convenient please let us know in advance.
